Ask about line selectionHow the complete line works
A pome fruit line must feed, wash and grind hard raw material in a stable way before pressing. The configuration is selected according to the raw material, planned capacity, packaging method and production hall layout.
The process starts with safe unloading of fruit from containers or pallet boxes. The raw material goes to the washer, where it is rinsed, transported and ground into mash prepared for pressing.
The belt press extracts juice from prepared apple or pear mash. The juice then goes to a buffer tank, which stabilizes operation between pressing, pasteurization and filling.
The finished juice is heated in a pasteurizer to a set temperature to improve shelf life and product safety. At the end of the line, the juice can be filled into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles, depending on the sales model and planned capacity.

FAQ
Most often, these are apples and pears, but this group also includes fruit with a similar structure and a seed core. In practice, the line is selected mainly according to raw material hardness, required capacity and expected juice type.
Yes. A typical pome fruit line works as an NFC juice line: the raw material is washed, ground, pressed, buffered, pasteurized and filled into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles.
The process usually includes raw material unloading, washing, grinding in a washer with grinder, pressing on a belt press, buffering, pasteurization and filling into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles.
It depends on the expected product. NFC juice can remain naturally cloudy, while clearer juices may require filtration or other processing stages.
