Bib’Up Smart TOP 180 is a compact, efficient and very easy-to-use Bag-in-Box filling machine for smaller and medium-sized production batches. The machine supports Bag-in-Box bags from 3 to 20 liters and pouch packaging from 1.5 to 3 liters.

The operating process includes manual tap removal, an automatic cycle on the filling head, product dosing, nitrogen injection and purging at the end of the cycle, followed by manual tap reinstallation.

What is it for?

Bib’Up Smart TOP 180 is used for semi-manual filling of liquid products into Bag-in-Box bags and pouch packaging.

This is a solution for stations where simple operation, compact machine dimensions and comfortable work with shorter and medium-sized production runs are important.

How does it work?

Machine operation consists of three stages: manual tap removal, starting the automatic filling cycle and manual tap reinstallation after filling.

As standard, the filling machine is delivered without a stand and pump. A pump can be connected optionally to increase station capacity when working with larger amounts of product.
