What is it for?

Premia TOP 420 is used for fast and repeatable filling of Bag-in-Box bags and pouch packaging.

It works best in plants that want to increase filling capacity, maintain convenient operation and work with different bag capacities.

How does it work?

The work cycle includes starting the process, automatic tap removal, vacuum creation in the bag, product dosing, filling, nitrogen injection, tap reinstallation and finished bag ejection.

Thanks to automatic tap removal and positioning, the operator can work faster, while the entire process remains more repeatable and convenient.
