A Bag-in-Box filling machine is used for filling juices, purees, drinks and other liquid food products into bags placed in cardboard boxes. The machine most often works as the final stage of the production line after pressing, filtration, pasteurization or product preparation in a buffer tank.
The product enters the filling machine from a pasteurizer, tank or another machine in the line and is then dosed into a Bag-in-Box bag in a defined volume. This solution allows the finished product to be prepared quickly and conveniently for sale, storage or transport while maintaining a hygienic and repeatable filling process.

The raw material first goes to the bin tipper, which enables safe feeding into the line. Then fruit or vegetables are washed and ground in the washer with grinder. The prepared pulp goes to the belt press, where juice is separated from pomace. Next, the juice can be directed to the buffer tank, pasteurizer and filling machine.
