PT-1200 belt press

PT-1200 is a belt press for pressing fruit and vegetable pulp and efficiently separating juice from pomace. The model is designed for larger lines with capacity up to 4,000 kg/h, where stable operation, high throughput, repeatable yield and convenient handling of the whole system matter.

The PT-1200 press works best with the MT-4000 washer with grinder and the PRO-2500 pasteurizer, creating a complete set for pressing and further processing of finished juice.

What is it for?

The PT-1200 belt press is used for mechanical pressing of fruit and vegetable pulp and separating juice from solids.

This model is intended for larger lines that require high capacity, stable yield, continuous operation and the ability to handle a very high raw material flow.

Pulp pressing after washing and grinding the raw material.
Continuous separation of juice from pomace.
Feeding further stages of the line, such as pasteurization and bottling.

To which lines?

PT-1200 works best in large NFC juice production lines.
It performs particularly well in systems with the MT-4000 washer with grinder, where the raw material goes directly to the press after grinding and then to the PRO-2500 pasteurizer.
