PT-400 belt press

PT-400 is a compact belt press for pressing fruit and vegetable pulp and efficiently separating juice from pomace. The model is designed for lines with capacity up to 500 kg/h, where a simple layout, stable operation and convenient handling matter.

The PT-400 press works best with the MT-1000 washer with grinder and the EPRO-200 and PRO-300 pasteurizers, creating a coherent system for pressing and further stabilization of the product.

What is it for?

The PT-400 belt press is used for mechanical pressing of fruit and vegetable pulp and separating juice from solids.

This model is intended for smaller lines where stable yield, easy servicing and compatibility with common fruit and vegetable raw materials are important.

Pulp pressing after washing and grinding the raw material.
Continuous separation of juice from pomace.
Feeding further line stages, such as filtration and pasteurization.

To which lines?

PT-400 works best in small and medium NFC juice production lines.
It works particularly well in systems with an MT-1000 washer with grinder, where, after grinding, the raw material goes directly to the press and then to the EPRO-200 or PRO-300 pasteurizer.
