PD-01 bin tipper

The PD-01 bin tipper is designed as the first stage of a juice production line. It safely lifts and empties pallet boxes with fruit or vegetables directly into a fruit washer with grinder, belt conveyor or another receiving device.

The PD-01 can lift up to 800 kg of raw material. It is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders and can be adapted to different pallet box heights. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction makes it suitable for hygienic food processing applications.

APPLICATION

The PD-01 bin tipper is used for convenient and controlled feeding of raw material from pallet boxes to downstream equipment in the processing line.
It can work with a fruit washer with grinder, belt conveyor or another receiving device with a loading height of up to 920 mm.

RAW MATERIALS

The PD-01 bin tipper is designed mainly for transporting and feeding fruit and vegetables in processing plants.
Thanks to its AISI 304 stainless steel construction, it can also be used for other food-contact products, including applications in the food and meat processing industries where hygienic machine design is required.
