PD-02 bin tipper

The PD-02 bin tipper is designed for processing lines where raw material must be discharged at a higher receiving point. It safely lifts and empties pallet boxes with fruit, vegetables or other raw materials directly onto a conveyor, receiving table or another downstream device.

The PD-02 can lift up to 800 kg of raw material and works within a discharge height range of 1180-1210 mm. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction makes it suitable for hygienic, stable and repeatable operation in food processing plants.

APPLICATION

The PD-02 bin tipper is used for convenient and controlled feeding of raw material from pallet boxes to downstream equipment in the processing line.

It can work with a belt conveyor, receiving table or another receiving device with a loading height of up to 1210 mm.

The PD-02 bin tipper is designed mainly for transporting and feeding fruit and vegetables in processing plants.

Thanks to its AISI 304 stainless steel construction, it can also be used for other food-contact products in applications where hygienic machine design and repeatable operation at a higher receiving height are required.
