PD-03 bin tipper

The PD-03 bin tipper is designed for processing lines where raw material must be discharged at a significantly higher receiving point. It safely lifts and empties pallet boxes with fruit, vegetables or other raw materials directly onto a conveyor, receiving table or another downstream device.

The PD-03 can lift up to 800 kg of raw material and works within a discharge height range of 1560-1590 mm. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction makes it suitable for hygienic, stable and repeatable operation in food processing plants.

APPLICATION

The PD-03 bin tipper is used for convenient and controlled feeding of raw material from pallet boxes to downstream equipment in the processing line.

It can work with a belt conveyor, receiving table or another receiving device with a loading height of up to 1590 mm.
