About the client

The client from Nałęczów has been providing juice pressing services for producers and fruit growers for years. During the season, he mainly processes apples, so he needed a line that would be stable, easy to operate and prepared for intensive work.

Project goal

The client’s previous line was already outdated, had insufficient capacity and was experiencing more frequent failures. The goal was to increase capacity to 900 kg/h and automate the process, including by adding a bin tipper.

Selected solution

After agreeing the details, we prepared a line with a PD-01 bin tipper, an MT-1000 fruit washer with grinder, a PT-1000 belt press, a PRO-500 pasteurizer, two buffer tanks of 100 l and 300 l, and a Bib’Up 2.0 Bag-in-Box filling machine.

Effect of implementation

More stable production and higher capacity

After launching the new line, the customer can produce more juice in less time and organize work in a more structured way. Automated feeding of apples from pallet boxes reduced manual raw material handling, while combining washing, grinding, pressing, pasteurization and filling into one system reduced downtime between stages.

01 Higher line capacity

The line allows the customer to process more raw material without splitting the process into separate workstations.

02 Less manual raw material feeding

The bin tipper reduces manual apple feeding and makes the beginning of the process easier.

03 More stable operation

The new machines reduce the risk of failures that occurred with the older line.

04 Expansion possibility

The system can be expanded in the future with additional modules or higher-capacity equipment.
