About the client
Satomehu, based in Pirkkala near Tampere, began offering custom apple juice pressing services in 2026. We supplied a complete juice production line with a capacity of 200 l/h for the new facility.

Project goal
The client wanted to start at 200 l/h and increase production as the business grew. The goal was to select equipment that would allow expansion without replacing the entire line.
Selected solution
We supplied a line with an MT-1000 fruit washer with grinder, a PT-400 belt press, a 320 l buffer tank with a pump, and an EPRO-200 pasteurizer equipped with two filling tables: one for bottles and one for pouches.

200 l/h to start,
expandable to 400 l/h
The line was configured so that Satomehu could begin production at 200 l/h without investing in a larger system from the outset. We selected the equipment with future business growth in mind. Increasing capacity to around 400 l/h will primarily require a larger pasteurizer and a dedicated filling machine. The MT-1000 washer, PT-400 press and tank will remain part of the line.
One line covers all the key stages of apple juice production.
The finished juice can be filled into both bottles and pouches.
The equipment was installed, connected and commissioned at the client’s facility.
Satomehu staff were trained to operate the entire line correctly.
