What is it used for

Thanks to replaceable perforated sieves, the de-stoning machine can be adjusted to the raw material and the expected structure of the finished product.

How a de-stoning machine works

The finished puree goes to a tank, pump or another device in the production line. Separated stones, peels and waste are discharged separately, which helps maintain continuous operation.

It allows fruit and vegetables to be fed conveniently into the machine and directs raw material smoothly into the working chamber.
Sieves with perforations from 0.5 to 10 mm allow the structure of the finished product to be adjusted. The pulp is pressed through the sieve and separated from stones, skins and larger fractions.
