MT-1000 fruit washer with grinder

The MT-1000 fruit washer with grinder was designed as the first stage of juice, purée and fruit pulp production lines. The machine combines washing, transport and grinding of raw material in one compact system, ensuring stable feeding to a belt press, de-stoning machine or another downstream device.

The MT-1000 model is well suited for cooperation with the PD-01 bin tipper and PT-400, PT-1000 and PT-1010 belt presses. It also works in lines where, after grinding, the raw material is directed to a de-stoning machine or a buffer tank.

What is it for?

The MT-1000 is used for initial washing, transport and grinding of fruit and vegetables before further pressing or pulping.

Thanks to the combination of a washing tank, conveyor belt and grinder, the machine organizes the beginning of the process and stabilizes the feeding of raw material to downstream machines.

For which raw materials?

The MT-1000 fruit washer with grinder is suitable for most seedless fruit and many vegetables used in food processing.

It is most often used with apples, pears, soft fruit, root vegetables and other raw materials that require washing, transport and grinding before a belt press, de-stoning machine or another stage of the processing line.
