MT-2000 fruit washer with grinder

The MT-2000 fruit washer with grinder was designed for washing, transport and grinding of fruit and vegetables in medium-capacity juice, purée and pulp production lines. The machine prepares raw material for further processing and ensures stable feeding to a belt press, de-stoning machine or another downstream device.

The MT-2000 model is suitable for lines where higher throughput is required than with the MT-1000, while maintaining a compact machine layout. It can cooperate with bin tippers, belt presses, buffer tanks and other devices in a complete processing line.

What is it for?

The MT-2000 is used for washing, transport and grinding of fruit and vegetables before further pressing or pulping.

Thanks to the combination of a washing tank, conveyor belt and grinder, the machine stabilizes the beginning of the process and provides uniform feeding of raw material to downstream machines.
