The Stalmont insulated tank is used for stable product storage in conditions that reduce temperature loss between subsequent stages of the production process. It is useful wherever the batch temperature needs to be maintained for a longer time without active heating or cooling.
We manufacture insulated tanks with a capacity of up to 10,000 l, selected according to product type, holding time and line operating conditions. The tank can be equipped with suitable process connections, an inspection hatch, level sensors, pump or CIP system.
WHAT IS IT FOR?
The insulated tank is used for temporary product storage in conditions that reduce temperature loss, helping maintain process stability between subsequent machines.
This solution works well when the product needs to remain in the tank for a longer time and should maintain stable parameters without additional heating or cooling.

WHERE IS IT USED?

It is a good choice when the product does not require active heating or cooling inside the tank, but should retain its temperature for a longer time.
