WHAT IS IT USED FOR
A juice pasteurizer is used for thermal processing of juices, purees, drinks and other liquid food products. The machine heats the product to a specific temperature, maintains stable process parameters and prepares it for further filling, for example into bottles, Bag-in-Box bags or other packaging.
In tube-in-tube pasteurizers, the product flows through a heat exchanger where it is evenly heated by hot water. This system allows pasteurization to be carried out continuously, without stopping production. The solution works especially well where repeatable quality, product safety and stable operation of the entire production line are important.

How a pasteurizer works
Juice, puree or another liquid product enters the pasteurizer from a buffer tank or directly from an earlier stage of the line. The pump ensures even product flow through the system.
The product flows through a tube-in-tube heat exchanger, where it is gradually heated by hot water. This system allows even heating of the product in continuous flow.
The controller maintains the set process temperature and controls the most important operating parameters. Stable pasteurization temperature helps maintain product safety and repeatable production quality.
After reaching the set temperature, the product is directed to the next stage, for example to a filling machine or tank. If the system detects that the product has not reached the required pasteurization temperature, it is automatically recirculated.

The raw material first goes to the bin tipper, which enables safe feeding into the line. Then fruit or vegetables are washed and ground in the washer with grinder. The prepared pulp goes to the belt press, where juice is separated from pomace. The juice can then be directed to the buffer tank, pasteurizer and filling machine.

The price of a juice pasteurizer depends on capacity, equipment and degree of automation. Typical configurations usually range from approx. 15,900–65,300 EUR net. The higher range applies to large, automated machines intended for plants processing even several dozen tons of fruit per day. We prepare a detailed offer individually after analyzing production needs.
Our pasteurizers achieve capacities from approximately 200 l/h in the smallest versions to even 2,500–3,000 l/h in larger models. Actual capacity may vary slightly depending on the type of product, its initial temperature and the required pasteurization temperature.
The pasteurizer can be used to pasteurize fruit juices, vegetable juices, nectars, purees and other liquid food products. The selection of the appropriate model depends on product type, density, required pasteurization temperature and planned production capacity. Thanks to this, the machine can be adapted to both a small pressing plant and a larger production line.
Yes, we provide service for pasteurizers, access to spare parts and technical support after purchase. In the event of a failure, we recommend contacting our service team directly, as many issues can be resolved by phone. If an on-site visit is necessary, we send a service team to fix the problem as quickly as possible and allow production to resume. We also offer support with machine start-up and operator training.
We provide a 36-month warranty on the welded structure of the pasteurizer. For purchased components, such as motors, pumps or automation elements, the warranty period is usually from 12 to 24 months, depending on the component manufacturer. After the warranty ends, we provide post-warranty service, failure assistance and access to spare parts.
The lead time is usually 2 to 10 weeks. Smaller pasteurizer models can usually be produced in about 2 weeks, while the largest and more complex machines usually require up to 10 weeks. The exact date depends on the selected model, equipment scope and current production load.
Yes, before purchasing, you can see how the pasteurizer and the entire juice production line work. We cooperate with pressing plants that use our machines, so we can organize a meeting during real production. Such presentations are possible both in Poland and in other European countries, depending on plant availability and production date.
The payback time depends on production scale, juice selling price, raw material cost, packaging, labor and distribution method. For example, a pasteurizer with a capacity of approximately 200 l/h can pasteurize up to approximately 1,600 liters of juice in one 8-hour shift. With regular production, the investment in a pasteurizer can pay back quickly, especially in plants that sell juice directly or provide services to fruit growers. The exact payback time is best calculated based on actual costs and the planned selling price of the product.
