Washing and preparing fruit
The fruit goes into the washing tub, where it is rinsed and prepared for further processing. The elevator then passes them to the shredder.
Mobile NFC juice press
An efficient mobile NFC juice production line for fruit growers, farms and pressing services. It allows you to work directly at the point of harvest or sale, with a capacity of 400-700 l/h.
What is it used for
A mobile juice press is used to produce fresh juices directly at the point of collection, sale or seasonal processing. The entire line was built on a trailer, so you can quickly start production where clean water and power are available.
The set includes a fruit washer with grinder, a belt press, a pasteurizer, buffer tanks and a finished product filling machine. This arrangement allows the entire process to be carried out, from fruit preparation to filling the packaging.
What's included
How a mobile pressing plant works
The fruit goes into the washing tub, where it is rinsed and prepared for further processing. The elevator then passes them to the shredder.
The crushed feed goes to a belt press, where the actual juice extraction takes place. The process runs continuously and ensures stable separation of juice from pomace.
The juice flows into the buffer tank and then goes to the pasteurizer. This stage allows you to stabilize the product parameters before final bottling.
After reaching the appropriate temperature, the juice goes to the filling machine and is poured into previously prepared packaging, for example Bag-in-Box bags or bottles.

How a juice press machine works
Thanks to the equipment on the trailer, fruit processing can be started anywhere with access to clean water and electricity. This is important for fruit growers who do not have to organize separate transport of fruit to a stationary pressing plant and incur additional logistics costs.
The entire process is carried out efficiently and largely automatically, so you can quickly obtain a ready product for sale or further distribution.

Frequently asked questions
The cost of a mobile juice press is usually approx. 69,900-93,200 EUR net. The price depends on the selected line capacity, device configuration, type of pasteurizer, bottling system, trailer installation and additional equipment. We prepare a detailed offer after determining the expected performance and method of operation of the line.
We offer mobile NFC juice presses in configurations with a capacity of approximately 400 l/h and 700 l/h. The actual efficiency depends on the type of fruit, their ripeness, the operators' work organization, line configuration and the speed of pouring the finished juice.
The mobile juice pressing plant includes, among others, an MT-1000 washer with a grinder, a PT-400 or PT-1000 belt press, a PRO-300 or PRO-500 pasteurizer, a 300 l fresh juice buffer tank, a 100 l filler buffer tank, a Bag-in-Box filler, an air compressor and a pressure washer.

The mobile pressing plant is intended mainly for the production of NFC juice from apples, pears and other fruits suitable for washing, grinding and pressing. The efficiency and yield of juice depend on the type of raw material, its hardness, maturity and preparation for the process.
Yes, a mobile pressing plant works well for commercial juice pressing for fruit growers, farms and seasonal customers. Thanks to the mobile construction, production can be carried out close to the harvesting site, limiting the transport of fruit to a stationary plant.
In the standard version, the mobile pressing plant handles filling into Bag-in-Box bags. Depending on your needs, the line can also be equipped with a bottle filling station. The selection of the bottling system depends on the planned product, packaging format and method of selling the finished juice.
The lead time for a mobile juice press is usually 4 to 10 weeks. The exact date depends on the set configuration, availability of components, scope of installation on the trailer and current production occupancy.
We provide a 36-month warranty on the welded structure of the devices. For purchased components, such as pumps, automation elements, sensors, heaters, fittings or other components, the warranty period is usually from 12 to 24 months, depending on the manufacturer of the element.
