01 / Raw material feeding
Bin tipper
Feeds tomatoes or other vegetables into the washer and stabilizes the start of the entire line.
Juice production lines
Check what equipment is included in a line for processing tomatoes into juice, purée, pulp or vegetable base.
Devices in line
We configure the line mainly for tomatoes: washing, grinding, pulping, pasteurization and filling of finished juice, pulp or purée.

02 / Washing and grinding
Washes, rinses, transports and grinds tomatoes. Grinding makes it easier for the de-stoning machine to separate skins and seeds from juice, pulp or purée.
03 / Pulping
Separates skins, seeds and larger solid fractions from tomato juice or pulp. This is a key stage in the production of tomato purée and tomato-based products.
04 / Buffering and filtration
The tank stabilizes product flow before pasteurization, while the bag filter helps produce a clearer product when filtration is required.

05 / Pasteurization
Heats the product to a set temperature and prepares it for safe filling.
06 / Filling
Fills the finished product into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles, depending on the sales and storage method.
Ask about line selectionHow the complete line works
A tomato processing line must wash the raw material thoroughly, grind it before pulping and transfer the product steadily to pasteurization and filling. The configuration is selected according to fresh tomatoes, target capacity, product density and packaging method.
The process starts with feeding tomatoes into the line. The raw material goes to the washer with grinder, where it is rinsed, transported and ground so that the de-stoning machine can separate skins and seeds more effectively.
The de-stoning machine separates skins, seeds and larger solid fractions. The resulting juice, pulp or purée goes to a buffer tank, which stabilizes operation between de-stoning, pasteurization and filling.
The finished product is heated in a pasteurizer to a set temperature to improve shelf life and product safety. At the end of the line, the product can be filled into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles, depending on the sales model and planned capacity.
Line selection by raw material
Choose a different raw material and compare how the equipment selection, washing, grinding, pulping, filtration and filling stages change.
FAQ
This system is described mainly for tomatoes, but the configuration can also be adapted to selected soft vegetables or vegetable products that require washing, grinding, pulping and pasteurization.
The washer washes, transports and grinds tomatoes before the pulping stage. Ground raw material passes through the de-stoning machine more easily, allowing the machine to separate skins and seeds from juice or pulp more effectively.
The de-stoning machine separates skins, seeds and larger solid fractions from the product. This makes it possible to obtain tomato juice, pulp, purée or a base for further processing.
The process includes raw material feeding, washing and grinding of tomatoes, pulping, product buffering, pasteurization and filling into Bag-in-Box bags or bottles.
Not in a typical tomato configuration. The main processing stage is the de-stoning machine, because it separates skins and seeds from the product.
You can produce tomato juice, pulp, purée, vegetable base or a semi-finished product for further processing. The final machine selection depends on product density and packaging method.
Bag-in-Box or bottle filling is most often used. The filling machine is selected according to product density, filling temperature, packaging type and target capacity.
Capacity depends on the amount of raw material, washer with grinder model, de-stoning machine operation, pasteurizer capacity, buffering and filling method.
