The B’BOOSTER automatic filling machine enables independent, high-speed filling of liquid and semi-liquid products into vacuum BIB bags.

To meet production requirements involving high throughput, the B’BOOSTER filling machine can be equipped with a dual filling head.

• This automatic filling machine operates in a single continuous process, including the following stages: continuous presentation and insertion of vacuum bags, air evacuation, filling, nitrogen injection and flushing, valve position change, discharge of the filled bag, separation, and emptying.
• The built-in CIP circuit can be configured to enable automatic cleaning cycles.
• Carton packing can be carried out manually (with an operator) or automatically when combined with the C’BOOSTER case packer.
• The B’BOOSTER filler can be integrated into an existing production line or supplied as part of a complete TECHNIBAG Flexi-Line packaging system.
