Principle of operation
The operation of the device is simple, however achieving optimal results requires proper parameter settings. The system is designed for thermal processing of juices and purees.
Previously pressed juice is fed into a buffer tank, from where it is transported to a tubular heat exchanger where pasteurization takes place.
There, the product is heated to the set temperature defined on the HMI control panel and then directed to the filler’s buffer tank.
The entire process is automated and controlled by the system, ensuring repeatability and high product quality. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a cleaning mode that facilitates easy maintenance.

How does a tubular pasteurizer work?
A tube-in-tube pasteurizer uses a heat exchanger in which the product flows through the inner tube, while the heating medium flows through the outer space. This solution ensures fast and uniform heating of the product and effective pasteurization while preserving its properties.
Process and temperature control
The pasteurization process operates continuously and includes heating the product to a temperature range of approximately 85°C to 90°C, holding it for a specified time, and controlled cooling. The entire process is automatically controlled by a PLC system, ensuring stability and repeatability.
Performance tailored to production
Our pasteurizers are available in various capacity options, allowing the device to be adapted to different production scales. Smaller models achieve a capacity of around 400 l/h and are ideal for small facilities, while larger systems can operate at up to 3000 l/h in industrial applications.
Construction and materials
The unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring high corrosion resistance and full compliance with food industry standards. The tube-in-tube heat exchanger guarantees efficient heat transfer and reliable operation even under intensive use. The well-designed construction facilitates cleaning and integration with existing production lines.
Heating system and operating parameters
The unit is equipped with an efficient heating system with a power range from approximately 40 kW in smaller models up to 220 kW in industrial versions. It can be powered by fuel oil or gas, allowing adaptation to the plant infrastructure and optimization of operating costs.
Automation and hygiene (CIP)
The pasteurizer features a modern control system with an HMI panel for process visualization and parameter recording. The automatic CIP cleaning system ensures a high level of hygiene, while additional components such as a safety discharge valve enhance safety and functionality.
