Modern and robust, with maximum performance and full automation, the B’BOOSTER automatic filling machine enables independent, high-speed filling of liquid and semi-liquid products into vacuum bags for BIB.

To meet production needs associated with high production speeds, the B’BOOSTER filling machine can be equipped with a double head.

• This automatic filling machine operates in a single process that includes the following stages: continuous presentation and feeding of vacuum bags, air removal, filling, injection and nitrogen flushing, spout repositioning, discharge of the filled bag, separation, and emptying
• The integrated CIP system can be set up to perform automatic cleaning cycles
• Carton packaging can be done manually (by an operator) or automatically with the C’BOOSTER boxer
• The B’BOOSTER filling machine can be installed within an existing production line or as a component of TECHNIBAG’s complete Flexi-Line packaging system.
