The scalable and automated PREMIA filler is the ideal solution for medium- and large-scale production of vacuum bags with capacities ranging from 2 to 30 liters. The PREMIA filler can handle all types of liquid and semi-liquid products for vacuum filling.

• Automatic operation in a single process, cycle start (safe and automatic DAS start-up), tap removal, vacuum creation inside the bag, dosing and filling, nitrogen injection, tap repositioning, and ejection of the filled bag.

Versatile semi-automatic filling machine for vacuum bags, either separate (single) or connected (web).

An ideal filler for medium and large-scale production, the PREMIA WS filler allows the management of various recipes while maintaining high performance of up to 540 three-liter vacuum bags per hour in WEB (connected) mode.

“Web” mode: automatic machine feeding of connected bags. This bag technology is recommended for medium and large production runs carried out on semi-automatic or automatic filling machines. It provides better ergonomics and increased productivity through the (partial or complete) automation of handling operations (loading, cutting, etc.).

“Single” mode: manual machine feeding of individual bags. The single mode is suitable for small and medium production runs carried out using semi-manual or semi-automatic filling machines.
