The mobile CIP station is a compact and efficient unit designed for cleaning process installations in a closed-loop system.
It enables effective cleaning of tanks, pipelines, and production lines without the need for disassembly. The system is based on three working tanks, ensuring full control over the cleaning process.
3 tanks of 125 liters each (acid, alkaline, water) + 80 L neutralization tank.
Heating system 2 × 6000 W and a 12 L boiling chamber allow operation at high temperatures and effective disinfection.
EBARA pump (90 L/min) ensures proper flow dynamics and efficient removal of contaminants.
Siemens control system with touch panel, along with temperature and liquid sensors and a conductivity meter, guarantees full process control.
Mobile CIP Station – Closed-loop cleaning system
How does a CIP system work?
The CIP cleaning process operates in a closed loop and is fully controlled by the automation system. The installation undergoes several stages, including pre-rinsing, alkaline cleaning, intermediate rinsing, acid cleaning, and final disinfection.
Process and control
Each stage can be precisely programmed and adapted to the specific installation and type of contamination. This ensures high cleaning efficiency while maintaining optimal operating parameters and minimizing losses.
Mobile CIP station design
The mobile CIP station is designed as a compact and fully functional unit made of stainless steel. The construction includes working tanks, a pump system, chemical dosing system, and hygienic fittings suitable for the food industry.
Control and configuration
The system is equipped with a PLC-based control system and an operator panel, enabling full control over the cleaning process. Thanks to its modular design, the unit can be configured according to customer requirements and installation specifics.
Technical parameters
The technical parameters of the mobile CIP station are individually selected depending on plant requirements and installation characteristics. The unit can be equipped with tanks of various capacities, a properly selected pump ensuring adequate flow, and a heating system enabling operation at required temperatures.
Durability and advantages
The use of high-quality components and stainless steel ensures durability, chemical resistance, and long service life even under intensive operating conditions. The mobile CIP station combines high efficiency with flexibility. Thanks to its mobility, a single unit can serve multiple processes, significantly reducing investment costs.
