Pasteuriser
Our tubular pasteuriser is designed for thermal processing of fruit juices, unfiltered musts, after pressing. The machine is entirely made of stainless steel.
Principle of operation
Pressed fruit juice is fed into a buffer tank, from where it is transported by means of a circulating pump to a tubular exchanger where it is heated to pasteurisation temperature.
The pasteurisation temperature can be adjusted by setting the water temperature on the heating boiler. Water circulation is ensured by a pump.
The circulation of juice and heating medium between the individual components of the pasteuriser takes place in the process installation. The entire process is controlled via a control cabinet.
