Pulp heater
The Stalmont tube-in-tube exchanger uses a heating medium (hot water), heated with a gas or oil-fired boiler. The medium is pumped into the outer pipe of the exchanger by a centrifugal pump. The product flows in counter-current in the inner pipe of the exchanger module and is heated by the hot water to the set temperature. After exchanging heat, water flows back to the pump and is heated again.

Mash and pulp heater, controlled preparation of raw material for further processing
♨️ Mash heating in the technological process
The mash heater is an important element of the technological process in fruit and vegetable processing. The unit is designed for controlled heating of raw material, preparing it for subsequent processing stages in a stable and repeatable manner.
🍎 Pulp preparation before juice pressing
In many processing lines, pulp is heated prior to the pressing stage. The heater raises the temperature of the raw material before the press, improving juice separation efficiency and increasing overall process yield.
🧃 Application in juice and food processing
The unit is used in juice production, including NFC juices, as well as in the processing of other fruit and vegetable products. Heating mash and pulp supports effective raw material preparation while maintaining the required technological properties.
🌡️ Controlled thermal treatment of raw material
The heater enables precise thermal treatment of pulp, adjusted to the type of processed fruit or vegetables. Stable process conditions ensure repeatable parameters and consistent quality of the final product.
⚙️ Continuous operation and flow stabilisation
The unit can operate in continuous mode, supporting smooth operation of the entire technological process. The heater stabilises mash flow between successive production stages, reducing parameter fluctuations and downtime.
🏭 Integration with presses and production lines
The heater is designed to operate as part of a production line. It can be easily integrated with belt presses and other processing equipment, supporting effective preparation of pulp for further processing in the food industry.
