Stone Fruit Juice Production Line
Stone fruits such as cherries, sour cherries, plums, apricots and peaches require a carefully selected processing technology. The key steps include removing the pits and gently preparing the fruit pulp for further processing. Below, we present a complete production line for stone fruit juice along with the machines required at each stage.
Bin Tipper
The bin tipper enables fast and efficient emptying of bins filled with stone fruits. It ensures smooth feeding of the raw material into further stages such as washing and removing impurities.

Fruit Washer (without crusher)
In the case of stone fruits, washing is performed without a crusher because pits must not enter the milling system. The washer removes impurities and prepares the fruit for pit separation and initial pulp preparation.

Pulping machine
The pulper separates pits from the fruit pulp, crushing the fruit safely and efficiently. This is a key stage in processing cherries, plums, apricots and peaches, enabling the production of a uniform pulp for further processing.

Belt Press
After pit separation and pulp preparation, the belt press enables efficient and high-performance juice extraction. The press is adapted for processing the pulp of stone fruits, ensuring high yield and excellent juice clarity.

Pasteurizer
The pasteurizer provides thermal stabilization of stone fruit juice while preserving its natural aroma and color. The machine ensures product safety and allows the production of a durable juice without the need for preservatives.

How is stone fruit juice produced?
The processing of stone fruits includes: raw material reception, washing, pit separation, pulping, pressing, filtration, pasteurization and final filling. Each stage requires appropriately selected machines that ensure safety and high juice quality.
Stone fruits have delicate flesh, which makes precise and gentle pit separation essential. The Stalmont pulper allows fast preparation of fruit pulp, ideal for pressing on a belt press.
With the right line configuration, it is possible to produce clear juice, puree juice or NFC juice with intense flavor and natural color.
